Ile Saint Louis, on the banks of the Seine
A dream pied-à-terre in Paris.

This fabulous apartment is located in a private mansion bought by Helena Rubinstein in 1937, during one of her frequent visits to France’s capital. The building is listed.  An exhilarating challenge for Gérard Faivre : “Respect the spirit of the apartment and conserve its beautiful adornments, whilst boldly renovating interior spaces to create spacious rooms that emphasize easy everyday living”.

The aim was to transform an old pottery workshop into a luxurious pied-à-terre in Saint-Germain-des-Près.
Gerard Faivre’s ingenious ideas have transformed what was a narrow artist’s loft into a light-filled and spacious luxury pied-à-terre, 65m² of which are bathed in light under a glass roof.
