This fabulous apartment is located in a private mansion bought by Helena Rubinstein in 1937, during one of her frequent visits to France’s capital. The building is listed.  An exhilarating challenge for Gérard Faivre : “Respect the spirit of the apartment and conserve its beautiful adornments, whilst boldly renovating interior spaces to create spacious rooms that emphasize easy everyday living”.

In Paris, in 30 years, the American Helena Rubinstein was fortunate to be able to construct the building of his dreams, along the Seine on the Ile Saint-Louis.
  

Since then, Gerard Faivre has invested the ground floor of this famous building,
to create a spectacular apartment inspiration 1940.
